Summary
Organic certified espresso from the COMSA cooperative in La Paz, Honduras. Washed process with varieties Catimor, Catuai and Paraneima. Certified organic and Soil Association approved. A rich, medium-dark roast with flavours of dark chocolate, fruit loaf and toffee apple that soften in milk for a smooth, balanced cup. Brewing guidance given for espresso and cafetiere. COMSA, founded in 2001, now has over 1,500 organic member farmers and invests in community education and soil health programmes.
