Mango Tango
Summary
A vibrant, juicy Colombian lot from producer Jairo Arcila in Quindío, grown at 2000m. The Castillo variety is handpicked, floated, then given a 48-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with mango pulp added before being fully washed and dried on raised beds. Expect a fruit-forward cup with notes of mango yoghurt and honey, tropical sweetness and ripe mango and peach character.
