Summary
A limited-release collaboration between Elsewhere Coffee and food writer Ben Lippett, this coffee is a Natural process microlot from the Buena Vista plot at the top of the family-run El Molino farm in Ahuachapan, El Salvador, high in the Paneca Ilamatepec mountain range. Grown at 1300-1700m by JASAL, The Salaverria Family, from Bourbon and Pacas varieties, it is sourced through DRWakefield. Expect rich black cherry and light apricot with a warming honey sweetness, plus notes of cherry, milk chocolate and caramel. It shines across modern brew methods and works well as espresso, pairing wonderfully with milk.
