Grown at 1300m altitude, it consists of S5, S9, and S795 varieties and is washed processed. The coffee offers flavour notes of dark chocolate, forest honey, and roasted almond, with a full body and moderate roast development for balanced sweetness and clarity. It is roasted in Hamburg specifically for espresso preparation.
