Summary

Sussex Barn is a multi-award-winning house blend from Edge Coffee, combining Colombian, Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees. The blend features Bourbon, Acaia, Typica, Caturra and Catuai varieties grown at 1350-1890m altitude across Central America, South America and Africa. It undergoes a varied processing method and is roasted to a medium level. The flavour profile offers notes of berries, marzipan and chocolate with a spicy undertone. This coffee has won six Great Taste Awards since 2016. It is roasted for espresso but can also be enjoyed as filter or cafetiere coffee.
