Summary

A honey-processed Geisha from Yenifer Rojas' farm Finca Varietales in Gigante, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1750-1800 meters. The lot underwent 24 hours of cherry fermentation, 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation post-depulping, and 15 days of parabolic drying. Cup profile features cherry, white peach, honey, delicate florals, and tropical undertones. Selected as the competition coffee for the Bulgarian AeroPress Championship 2025.
