A certified Fair-Trade and organic coffee from the Rio Blanco cloud forest region of Tolima, Colombia. Sourced through the Cooperativa Multiactiva de Asociaciones Agropecuarias del Tolima (MULTICOOP), representing over 300 small farms. Grown at 1850 MASL, the coffee is a Bourbon and Castillo blend, fully washed and sun dried on raised beds. The medium roast offers notes of orange blossom, strawberry, honey, cane sugar, cinnamon, milk chocolate, and caramel.
