Jairo Arcila
Summary
Single-origin specialty coffee from Jairo Arcila's Buenos Aires farm in the Quindío region of Colombia. Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower. This lot is 100% Pink Bourbon variety, processed with a honey infusion method: whole coffee cherries undergo dry anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours with lychee fruit and special wine yeast, then are depulped with mucilage intact (honey processing) and dried on raised African beds. Flavour profile: lychee, mango, strawberries & cream. Recommended for filter brewing.
