Summary
Single-origin coffee from smallholder farmers around Planadas in Tolima, Colombia, supplied to the Asopep association's processing station. 100% Arabica Caturra, naturally processed and carefully dried on raised beds with regular turning. Grown at 1500–2100 m.a.s.l. in volcanic soils. Flavour profile: blueberry jam, cocoa nibs and dried figs. Recommended for espresso; suggested doppio recipe 20 g in, 48 g out, 28 seconds.
