Chelchele is a single-origin coffee from Ethiopia, grown in the Gedeb region of Gedeo Zone at 1,900–2,300 meters above sea level. The coffee is produced from Ethiopian heirloom varieties 74110 and 74112, processed using natural anaerobic fermentation (labeled as Super Natural). The flavour profile includes peach ice tea, pink grapefruit, and wild rose notes, offering a sweet, fruity, and floral cup. It is recommended for filter preparation.
