Colombia Nestor Lasso
Summary
Single-origin specialty coffee from Colombia, grown on the El Diviso farm in the Huila region by producer Nestor Lasso. Made from 100% Arabica Pink Bourbon variety, processed naturally with an experimental multi-stage fermentation including 32-hour anaerobic fermentation, oxidation phases and a thermal shock step. Harvested in fall 2025 at 1850–2200 m.a.s.l. Flavor profile: orchid soup, lemon zest and clementines, with a rich, syrupy body. Recommended for filter preparation (V60).
