Ethiopia Yabitu Tume

Summary

Ethiopia Yabitu Tume is a washed specialty coffee from Ethiopia, grown by around 1,400 smallholder farmers at up to 2,300 metres above sea level around the Yabitu Tume washing station. It is made from traditional Ethiopian Heirloom varieties, surrounded by native trees such as Enset, Albizia and Acacia. The cup is clean and smooth with juicy stone fruit and citrus sweetness, a hint of honey and a black tea undertone that adds depth and a gentle dryness in the finish.
