House Filter | Tinamit Cooperative, Guatemala
Summary
A washed-processed filter coffee from the Tinamit Cooperative in Guatemala's Atitlan region. The lot is cultivated by small-holder growers around San Lucas Toliman near Lake Atitlan, at altitudes of 1500-2000 masl. It is a field blend of Bourbon, Pache, Caturra and Sarchimor varieties, processed at the Tinamit Coop washing station and sourced via Primavera Coffee. Roasted as an easy-going, sweet everyday filter, it offers a creamy mouthfeel with notes of yellow plum and milk chocolate. Suitable for V60 and other drip methods, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière.
