Varieties: Caturra and Catuaí. Processed using traditional washed method: de-pulped within 5 hours of harvest, dry fermented for 32 hours, thoroughly washed, then sun-dried on patios for 6 days. Flavour profile features a creamy body with notes of stewed rhubarb and honey. Sourced through Primavera Coffee since 2021.
