Colombia Finca Milán Nitro Fermented
Summary
Colombia Finca Milán Nitro Fermented is a coffee from the Risaralda region of Colombia, produced by third-generation farmer Julio Andrés Quiceno at Finca Milán. The Caturra variety is processed using natural nitro co-fermentation, in which cherries ferment in a nitrogen environment without oxygen while temperature, pH and sugar content are monitored. The cup is juicy and harmonious with pronounced fruitiness — watermelon, honeysuckle and white tea — a sweet aroma and a long, fruity finish. It is suitable for filter and espresso.
