Coffee Sheep is a specialty coffee roaster from Trenčín, Slovakia, roasting in small batches since 2011. What started as a casual attempt to make something special for friends has grown into one of the country's oldest craft roasteries, still run by a tight family team. They roast several times a week so beans are always fresh, and they buy from both classic origins like Brazil and Colombia and less familiar ones such as Rwanda and Papua New Guinea. Their blends are built with care, but without coffee snobbery—good coffee shouldn't be a luxury. Alongside the roastery, they run cafés in Trenčín and support local culture, from concerts to plant swaps.
