Summary
A decaffeinated single origin coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by many smallholder farmers growing heirloom varieties at roughly 1500-2200 m in shade agroforestry systems. The beans undergo natural processing followed by CO2 decaffeination, which preserves much of the coffee's aromatic character. The cup is delicate and clean, with floral notes, natural honey sweetness and fresh citrus, balanced and light-bodied. Suited to pour over methods such as V60, Chemex and AeroPress, and also enjoyable as cold brew or iced coffee.
