Etiopia Guji Decaf
Summary
A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1500-2200 meters above sea level, this Heirloom variety coffee undergoes a natural process followed by CO₂ decaffeination. It offers a delicate and balanced cup with notes of flowers, honey, and citrus, maintaining the characteristic Ethiopian brightness and sweetness without caffeine. Best suited for pour-over methods such as V60, Chemex, or AeroPress, and also enjoyable as cold brew.
