Brazylia Mogiana
Summary
A single-origin espresso coffee from the Mogiana region of Brazil. Processed using the natural method, which enhances the natural sweetness of the beans. This coffee offers a flavour profile of cocoa, milk chocolate, hazelnut, and a hint of green apple acidity. It works well both as a straight espresso and as a base for milk-based drinks, where the hazelnut notes become more pronounced. Grown by small local farmers, the beans are classified as NY 2, screen 17/18, Strictly Soft Fine Cup, indicating high quality and large bean size.
