Grown at 1,300-1,450 meters above sea level, this coffee undergoes an anaerobic process, resulting in a complex profile with notes of aged rum, dark chocolate, raisin sweetness, and orange zest. It has a full body and a long, warm finish. The coffee is certified organic and supports fair trade and direct trade practices.
