Grown at 1,700-2,300m altitude on fertile sandy loam and volcanic soils. The coffee is Red Bourbon variety, fully washed processed, and light roasted. Flavor notes include violet floral aromatics, bright apricot and orange acidity, with cane sugar sweetness and a smooth mouthfeel reminiscent of Earl Grey tea.
