Single origin coffee from Rwanda's Burera District in the Northern Province, grown at 2,000-2,050m elevation. Processed at Burera CWS (owned by EASY WAY Ltd.) in collaboration with Ikawa House. Varieties are Red Bourbon and RABC15, processed using the Natural method with a light roast. Flavour profile features fresh cranberry, blackberry, muscat, plum, apricot, and loquat with bright acidity, syrupy sweetness, smooth mouthfeel, and a tea-like finish as it cools.
