Reshad Espresso is an organic single-origin coffee from Jimma, Ethiopia, produced by Reshad Albuls, a young farmer in Agaro who took over his family farm and works with six neighbouring farmers using natural processing. The coffee is grown at 1900-2000 masl, variety 74-110, and roasted as whole beans for espresso. Flavour profile is sweet and creamy with notes of dried apple, bergamot and milk chocolate. Coffee Collective pays 10.8 USD/kg based on quality and supports his organic certification.
