Based in Copenhagen, they helped write the playbook on direct trade — paying farmers well above market, publishing exactly what they pay, and building long relationships around iconic lots like Kenya's Kieni and Brazil's Daterra. They run nine cafés (plus a bakery) around the city, hold B Corp certification, and even run a forest sustainability project. They ship internationally.
