Summary
A single origin microlot coffee from Las Lajas farm in Sabanilla de Alajuela, Central Valley, Costa Rica. Produced by third-generation producers Oscar and Francisca Chacón. Made from Catuai and Caturra varietals, grown at 1,400-1,600 masl. Processed using the Alma Negra (Natural) method, where coffee dries inside a greenhouse for 2-3 days before being transferred to raised beds. Medium roast with flavor notes of very berry, cocoa, toffee, and lemon, with a sweet and clean body.
