Varieties include Ethiopian Heirloom, Yellow Catuai, and Red Catuai. Naturally processed and roasted to a medium level (Agtron 62-69). Designed specifically for cold brew preparation, it offers a balanced flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, berry, and brown sugar, resulting in a smooth and sweet finish with low acidity.
