A Colombian filter microlot from the Huila region, grown at 1,200–2,200 meters in rich volcanic soils. The lot combines Typica, Bourbon and Timor Hybrid varieties and is prepared with a washed process using thermal shock to halt fermentation at peak clarity, enhancing cleanliness and balance while preserving fruity brightness. Hand-sorted to European Preparation standards with a high cup score. Expect notes of tropical starfruit and lemon over a base of silky milk chocolate.
