Summary

Single origin organic filter coffee from Ethiopia, grown from heirloom cultivars on volcanic soil at high altitude. These trees, some 50 to 70 years old, have never been hybridized, so each tree carries its own genetics and the cup varies from bag to bag. Naturally processed, it is grown for character rather than uniform commercial yield. Tasting notes of wild honey, dried raspberry and hibiscus. Brew it slowly to appreciate its complexity.
