CODOS Coffee

CODOS Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Hamburg, Germany, with a friendly mission: make really good coffee feel simple and welcoming. They roast in-house and run five cafés across Hamburg, Berlin, Hildesheim, and Hannover, so you can drink their coffee in person or order beans online. The lineup spans espresso blends like Bandit, filter roasts like Snatch, and a decaf, with sample sets to help you find your favorite. Founders Özlem and Cihan describe the vibe as 'Connection. Comfort. Coffee.'—honest, unpretentious, and made for lingering over a cup. There's also a subscription so you never run out.
