Summary

A single origin coffee from Cerro Azul farm in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, owned by Rigoberto Herrera and his brother Luis of Café Granja La Esperanza. This honey processed Gesha variety is grown at 1700-2000 metres on volcanic soils. The coffee offers a flavour profile of melon, white grape and honey. The cherries are selected using Brix measurements, pulped without water, and dried on patios and silos. Roasted for filter preparation.
