Embers
Summary
Embers is a seasonal autumn coffee from the Baba Budangiri region of India, a historic range of hills known as the birthplace of Indian coffee. Grown across elevations of 1,100 to 1,620 metres by Allanasons Limited, this washed Arabica comprises Cauvery, Chandragiri, S.795 and SLN9 varieties from shade-grown estates in Chikkamagalur, Karnataka. The cup offers rich caramelised sweetness, milk chocolate and warming clove. Crafted as a versatile omni roast, it works as a balanced filter or a sweet, rich espresso.
