Single origin Ethiopian coffee from Halo Beriti in the highlands of Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, produced by a community of over 1,000 smallholder farmers delivering to the Halo Beriti washing station. Grown at 1900-2300 masl with Typica and Heirloom varieties, this anaerobic natural lot undergoes controlled fermentation in an oxygen-free environment before drying whole on raised African beds. Expect a juicy, fruit-forward cup with layers of strawberries, kiwi and tinned pineapple, a silky body and a long tropical finish.
