Bukonzo Dream

Summary

A single origin coffee from the Kasese District of Uganda, produced by 398 smallholder farmers from the Bukonzo tribe and collected at the Kasinga Coffee Station. The coffee is hand-harvested, sun-dried on raised beds, and processed using the Natural method. It features SL28 and SL34 varieties grown at 1,900 meters above sea level. The flavour profile is sweet, rich and full-bodied with notes of apricot, peach yogurt, and a chocolate finish. Roasted to a medium level suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
