The Sarkin Estate is located in Kiambu County near Nairobi, at the foot of the Aberdare mountain range at 1700 meters above sea level. The coffee is produced by Edwin Gicho Kinyanjui, a second-generation coffee farmer. The estate cultivates SL28 and Ruiru 11 varieties and uses a washed processing method with spontaneous fermentation. The flavour profile includes notes of redcurrant, cocktail tomato, and blood orange. This coffee is recommended for filter brewing.
