Decaf de Caña from Colombia's Huila region, Timaná, produced by ASOMUJER (Asociación de Campesinas del Sur del Huila), a women's cooperative founded in 2007. The coffee is grown at 1400-2000m altitude and consists of Arabica, Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties. It is washed processed and decaffeinated locally in Colombia using the sugarcane ethyl acetate (E.A.) method. Flavour notes include orange peel, milk caramel, and cashew. Recommended for espresso preparation.
