Summary
Pearless Estate coffee from Nyeri, Kenya. Grown at 1400–1600 meters above sea level in the region between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Range. Varieties include SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11. The estate was established in the 1940s and processes its own harvest. This lot underwent 72–80 hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed bags after harvest, followed by washed processing. Flavour notes include blackcurrant, peach, and lime. Recommended for filter brewing.
