A specialty coffee from Indonesia, West Java (Weninggalih), produced by Wildan Mustofa in collaboration with a group of local smallholder farmers. The coffee is a blend of local varieties including Borbor, Lini S, Ateng Super, Timor, Sigarar Utang, and P88. It undergoes a dry processing method with a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels, followed by drying on tarps under a covered structure. The flavour profile includes fizzy cola, gummy bear, and cocoa beans. Recommended for filter preparation.
