Includes Sidra Bourbon natural-processed from José Manuel Cantillo (Finca El Filo del Oso, Suaza, 1750m), Chiroso washed from Edinson Liberato Caballero (Finca El Porvenir, Gigante, 1750m), and Bourbon Rosado washed from Marino Burbano Ordóñez (Finca Bellavista, Pitalito, 1730m). Flavour notes include rum with raisins, cocoa, tamarind, vanilla, peach, aromatic, orange, chocolate, red plum, and caramel. Medium roast, available as whole beans.
