El gesto prometido is a coffee from the Parcero community in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. It is made from the Caturra variety, washed processed, and grown at altitudes between 1500 and 2100 meters. The roast level is medium. Flavor notes include black plum, honey, and pepper. This coffee is produced by second and third generation coffee growers who preserve the traditional Caturra variety. It was awarded Gold Gourmet at the AVPA Paris Coffee Show.
