El tiempo prometido is a specialty coffee from the Parcero community in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1500-2100 meters above sea level, this Caturra variety undergoes washed processing and is roasted to a medium level. The cup profile features black plum, honey, and pepper, with juiciness reminiscent of blackberry syrup and raspberry macaron. This coffee was awarded Oro Gourmet at the AVPA Paris Coffee Show. It is suitable for both filter and espresso preparation methods.
