A single origin coffee from La Plata in the north of Huila, Colombia. Five producers contributed to this lot, with 50% coming from Fernando Garcia who grows the local Bourbon Manzano variety, and the other four producers providing the Colombia variety. Washed processed. The cup is sweet with brightness, featuring panela-like sweetness with toffee and honey notes, gentle tropical warmth, dried fig, spiced peach, candied fruit, soft chocolate and brown sugar.
