Summary

The HOUSE blend is Caravan's signature espresso blend, in production since 2010. It combines coffees from Rwanda (Muhanga region) and Papua New Guinea (Simbu & Eastern Highlands regions), both processed using the washed method. The blend offers flavour notes of honeycomb, stone fruit, and berries. It is roasted specifically for espresso preparation, with a recommended recipe of 18g ground coffee extracted over 28-32 seconds to produce 38-40g of espresso. Available in 200g and 1kg sizes, as whole bean or ground for espresso.
