Kelloo Siko

Summary

Kelloo Siko is a specialty washed coffee from the Guji region of southern Ethiopia, sourced from the Siko Washing Station in Uraga. Grown at elevations of 2,100–2,250 meters above sea level, it delivers a clean and elegant cup with notes of baked orange, apricot candy, peach iced tea, and orange marmalade, complemented by honey sweetness and delicate cocoa. Processed using the washed method with 24–72 hour fermentation and dried on raised beds for approximately 13 days. Around 500 smallholder farmers contribute cherries to the station.
