Rushashi - Rwanda - Honey - Bio
Summary
Rwandan coffee from the Rushashi cooperative, whose producers belong to the Rutabo colony and hold organic certification. Grown around 300 coffee trees per producer, the cherries are dry-depulped and the mucilage left around the beans for a honey process, then intensively sorted on pre-drying tables and dried for about three weeks to roughly 11% humidity. Roasted for espresso, it offers aromatic complexity with notes of candied fruits (lemon, papaya), spices and honey.
