Mystic Geisha
Summary
A limited-edition Nicaraguan Geisha from Finca El Paraíso in Nueva Segovia, grown at 1500–1650 m. Produced by Hipólito Acuña Morales with support from the Bridazul project, this nano-lot undergoes carbonic maceration: whole cherries ferment in sealed barrels under controlled temperature, then dry slowly on raised beds under cover. The cup is expressive and contemporary, with cacao, plum, strawberry and floral notes, soft balanced acidity, a juicy body and a short but vivid finish. Roasted in Bordeaux, France.
