Single-origin organic coffee from the La Paz region of Honduras, produced by the COMSA cooperative. This 100% Arabica lot consists of Red Catuai, Panareima, and Icatu varieties, processed using the natural method. Grown at 1300-1700 meters above sea level, it offers a balanced and harmonious cup with notes of red fruits, chocolate, caramel, and flowers, with a soft acidity, syrupy body, and a persistent floral finish.
