Colombia | Asomujer Washed Ea Sugarcane
Summary
Decaffeinated Colombian coffee from ASOMUJER (Asociación de Campesinas del Sur del Huila), a community of 75 female producers in Timaná, southern Huila. Grown at 1,400–2,000 m from Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties. Traditionally washed: harvested fully ripe, pulped the same day, fermented 12–36 hours, then dried on patios or in solar/parabolic dryers. Decaffeinated using the natural Sugarcane EA process, which preserves sweet, clear aromas. Roasted omni, suitable for espresso and strong filter coffee. Tasting notes of almond, panela and chocolate.
