Funky Times is a seasonal blend of 80% washed Cenfrocafé coffee from Peru and 20% Ombligón from Finca Anaya in Colombia. The Ombligón undergoes a multi-stage fermentation with Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast and ripe strawberries, followed by sealed fermentation and thermal shock washing. The cup offers strawberry jam, raspberry, and cheesecake notes with a creamy texture and juicy sweetness. Designed for both espresso and filter brewing.
