Boréal Coffee Roasters

Boréal is a specialty coffee roaster based in Geneva, Switzerland, with cafés in Geneva and Zurich. For over thirteen years they've been shaking up the Swiss scene, inspired by Australia's café culture. They co-founded Roasters United to work directly with farmers, sourcing only organic beans and paying fair prices with interest-free pre-payments—better for growers, better for your cup. Since 2012 they've roasted in-house, evolving from artisanal to data-guided profiles, and still roast fresh every week by hand. Their mission: democratise specialty coffee, one approachable cup at a time. Swing by their shops for a flat white, join a cupping or latte art workshop, or grab beans from their e-shop—wherever you are.
