Rwanda Marfak Apl | Origem Única
Summary
Single-origin Rwandan coffee from the Muzo washing station in the Gakenke district, produced by Emmanuel Rusatira of Baho Coffee. 100% Red Bourbon, hand-picked and sorted by ripeness, then processed as an Anaerobic Natural with over 300 hours of fermentation and slow Mountain Dry drying. The cup is fruity and tropical with ripe banana as the main note, supported by mango, strawberry and bright orange acidity, plus a subtle olive oil note adding a smooth, rounded texture. Sweet, balanced and clean with a long fruity finish. SCA score 88. Medium roast.
